A Virtual Number is a local telephone number obtainable in most cities world wide that connects directly to your home or office Net phone or VOIP Equipment .

 With a Virtual Number a local office telephone number can be created in any city or country where you wish to do business. Your customers in that city can contact you for the cost of a local call - the call rings your office, whether you are in a nearby city or on the other side of the world!

For overseas family and friends :
 Your long distance family and friends can contact you on your local Virtual Number - If you live in Sydney and have family or friends in London, you can obtain a Virtual Number with a London area code.  Friends and family can call your London Virtual Number and talk as long as they wish at the cost of a local London call -- even though they are speaking to you in Sydney!

Equipment required will depend upon how you wish to receive calls from your Virtual Number. There are two options for receiving calls:

Download our free Softphone and obtain a calling account. A PC with a broadband Internet connection is required. Virtual Number calls are forwarded to your PC softphone. 

How to Start

Choose a  inbound DID number from above menu or OnlineStore. All calls landing on these numbers will be automatically forwarded to our devices located anywhere in the worldwide.  You can select from different countries and regions where you want your DID number comes from. We offer DID numbers from 50 countries worldwide and additional some national based service numbers or toll free 0800 numbers. The prices for DID numbers varies based on the country and the number. 

Our intelligent webpanel allows you to steer the inbound routing of your DID numbers directly online in realtime. You can have more than one DID and you're able to steer which phone should ring when a call is received. Additional we support parallel ringing so a group of phones - even on different destinations - can be connected to only one inbound DID number.

You must have a D2W account in order to use our DID Numbers.  All new DID Orders are automatically mapped to D2W accounts .  

Can I make outgoing calls from your DIDs ?

No, DID services are only for incoming calls.

Can I forward my DIDs to a regular land line? (services available only in selecteted countries and cites   View List. 

Yes, this function is named PSTN Number routing. This function allows you to receive calls from your DIDs on regular land line or mobile phones, no internet, PC or VoIP needed and no minutes charged. This is an additional D2W product and can be purchased seperately. You can always login to your acocunt to change the destination number. Can I choose the DID numbers?Our System allocates the numbers automatically, from first available number and so on. All we expect you to do is specify the country of your choice.
